Cap and Trade, explained

This video does a great job at explaining the newest “solution” to our climate change issues: Cap and Trade.  Another article I found on CBS News.com says that President Obama’s Cap and Trade plans could cost the average taxpayer almost $2,000 per year.  I rarely get political but this seems like a topic that’s worth at least being aware of.  Enjoy.
