Chicken

I can tell you honestly and from experience today that chicken intestine tastes better than chicken gizzard, which tastes better than chicken kidney, which tastes better than chicken liver.

Just thought you should know, in the event that someone someday offers you the respect of choosing the first piece of chicken from a bowl of innards.

[Edit: Jeff disagrees with my taste buds and offers his order of preference: gizzard – testicles – intestine – liver/kidney – and drumstick in last place.
